What is a residential hotel?
A residential hotel is a housing prermises in which rooms are available on a weekly basis, for residential habitation. Accommodation is available on a first come, first serve basis.

We have residents from all walks of life. Our long-term residents appreciate the simple and affordable way of living. We provide co-operative and supportive housing options.
Move-in Requirements
All applicants are subject to a criminal background check and must possess verifiable proof of income.
Are there any amenities?
Our properties are furnished with a bed, linens, refrigerator, chair, nightstand, lamps, and some have ceiling fans. A few specialty rooms have fireplaces with gas logs. Â Phone, internet and cable TV services are not provided.
